When the sky is grey
and I see a rose sprouting through the cracks in the wall
I don’t say: the sky is grey
but keep my eye on the rose and tell it:
it’s quite a day!

How could one ever moan about the rain and cloud in Bahrain? The warmth is only just around the corner and we’ll leap in to the desert heat! The rain brings us relief from the dust and dirt that lurks and settles on everything the eye can and cannot see! Flowers are relived from suffocating. We’ve been mightily lucky with the weather this year! Window’s are open, A/C’s remain quiet … not for much longer me thinks!
