YOU ARE THE WINNER!
After our driver’s attempt to reach the highway through the low lying fields, we turned back and ended up driving down the coastal road we started on.
We arrived at the airport, four hours later, at 4:15. In time and tired of driving.

This photo brings back memories of being in the same situation….the only difference I stood on many elephant clues whilst navigating through the waters.

Yuck. That just makes me want to wash my feet.
Although they do make paper out of elephant poo as we learned at the paper “factory” for tourists.
